Two smaller levers worth knowing. It reports percentage changes that sit comfortably inside normal day-to-day fluctuation. It hides doses inside proprietary blends so you can't check whether the amount matches the study it cites. And it sells the symptom — tiredness, low drive, soft midsection — which has a dozen possible causes, most of which a capsule can't touch.

When should you stop guessing and get tested?

When symptoms are persistent rather than occasional. The ones worth acting on: low libido that's lasted months, loss of morning erections, unexplained fatigue, mood changes, loss of muscle or strength despite consistent training.
