Meeting in person

What do women actually notice in the first few seconds?

Not your bone structure. The first read is a package — grooming, fitness, fit of clothes, posture, and energy — and most of it is yours to change.

What most guys assume

The looksmaxxing forums will tell you it's all skeleton: canthal tilt, jaw angle, the genetic lottery. It makes for dramatic threads and a convenient excuse to do nothing.

What's actually being read

First-impression research (Todorov and colleagues) shows the snap read is built from whatever's visible fastest — and in real life that's overwhelmingly the *package*, not millimeter face geometry. Grooming and skin. Whether the body looks trained. Whether the clothes fit the frame or hang off it. Posture and the energy in the face — open and present, or closed and checked-out. Bone structure is in there, but it shares the frame with four or five things you fully control, and those four or five usually decide whether anyone looks twice.

What to actually do

Stop optimizing the one thing you can't change and start with the levers that move fast: body fat (it changes the face more than any 'jaw' trick), grooming, clothes that actually fit, and standing like you're not apologizing for the space. Want to see how the package reads on you specifically, ranked by what's costing you most? That's the whole point of the test.

Stop guessing — see your actual first-impression read

1 minute. The AI breaks your first impression into face / physique / outfit / vibe and shows which lever is suppressing the read — and how far it can move.
